    Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The law gives you 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Exercising your right<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Tell us about your decision with a clear statement, for example by email to contact@schwibo.store or through the Contact<\/a>page. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Effects of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being told of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You send the product back within 14 days of telling us of your decision. The direct cost of returning it is yours to bear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Exceptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
