Times and rates

Delivery costs €9.90 per order and is free on orders over €69. The times below start from dispatch and are in business days. They are estimates: each product’s own delivery time is shown on its page.

    Area
Time
Rate

    Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands
7 to 10 days
€9.90 · free over €69

    Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal
7 to 12 days
€9.90 · free over €69

    Other European Union countries
8 to 14 days
€9.90 · free over €69

An order may arrive in several parcels when products ship from different warehouses. You only pay for delivery once.

    Parcel tracking

As soon as your order ships, an email gives you the tracking number and the carrier’s link. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to activate.

    Duties and taxes

Schwibo uses the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses: no VAT is charged, and the price you pay is final for deliveries within the European Union. For Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway, import duties and taxes may be requested on delivery.

    Returning a product

You have 14 days after delivery to return a product, without giving a reason.

    1. Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and the products concerned.

    2. We send you the return address and instructions.

    3. Send the complete product back, in its original packaging if possible.

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or doesn’t match your order. The withdrawal form is available on the page Right of withdrawal.

      Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the payment method you used to buy.

      Damaged or wrong product

Send us a photo of the product and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or a refund, free of charge.

A question about your parcel ?

Give us your order number and we’ll reply within one business day.
