    How do I place an order?<\/summary>\n

    Add your products to the basket, then click \u201cCheckout\u201d. You can order without creating an account: an email address is all you need to receive your confirmation and tracking.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Can I change or cancel my order?<\/summary>\n

    Yes, as long as it hasn\u2019t shipped. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the parcel has left, you can still use your right of withdrawal when it arrives.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Does the product look like the photo?<\/summary>\n

    The photos show the product you\u2019ll receive. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Exact dimensions are listed in the \u201cAdditional information\u201d tab of each product page.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

    Which countries do you deliver to?<\/summary>\n

    Across the whole European Union, as well as Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. The full list and delivery times by country are on the page Delivery & returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\n

    Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 7 to 12 business days depending on the country. Some products stocked in Europe arrive faster: the delivery time is shown on their page.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    How do I track my parcel?<\/summary>\n

    As soon as it ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and link. You\u2019ll also find it in your account, under \u201cOrders\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    My order is arriving in several parcels. Is that normal?<\/summary>\n

    Yes. Products from different collections sometimes ship from different warehouses. Each parcel has its own tracking number, and you only pay for delivery once.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

    How long do I have to return a product?<\/summary>\n

    You have 14 days from delivery. The product must be complete and in its original condition.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    How do I return something?<\/summary>\n

    Write to us with your order number: we\u2019ll send you the return address and instructions. The steps are explained on the page Delivery & returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    When will I be refunded?<\/summary>\n

    Within 14 days of receiving your return, using the payment method you used for the order.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    My product arrived damaged.<\/summary>\n

    Send us a photo of the product and its packaging within 7 days. We\u2019ll offer a replacement or a refund, with no return costs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

    Which payment methods do you accept?<\/summary>\n

    Bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Other local methods may appear depending on your country.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Is payment secure?<\/summary>\n

    Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, a certified provider: your card details never pass through our website.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Is VAT added to the prices?<\/summary>\n

    No. Schwibo uses the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small businesses: no VAT is charged and the prices shown are final. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

    Do I need an account?<\/summary>\n

    No, but an account lets you follow your orders and save your addresses.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Is the site available in English?<\/summary>\n
